They did such a wonderful job at our business, they stayed until 9pm at night until we gotten everything fixed and repaired. Their tech, Lee, informed about everything that they were going to so before they did it, kept me updated on the cost as it progressed and they were SO NICE. Highly recommend to anyone and will be using for all of our future repair or maintenance needs.

Super nice! I was panicking and they took my call, and had Derrick over quickly. He removed the obstruction, replaced the seal and set the toilet back up, and fixed the seat. Very affordable considering last minute in the day call and being able to get me in.

A couple of weeks ago we again had an opportunity to utilize On the Ball’s services, this time to install a copper sink and faucet in a bathroom. Justin, arrived on time, gave us an estimate and worked with our budget. He worked quickly, with great professionalism. Matt and Darryl did such a great, professional job installing a walk-in tub for my parents. They arrived on time, stayed late, and worked all day. Very kind, hard-working.
